Terms of Service

1. The service

SelfServeQuote provides software that helps local service businesses collect customer job details, apply pricing rules supplied by the business, display estimates or quote requests, store leads, and send follow-up messages. SelfServeQuote does not set market prices, perform the underlying service, or guarantee that an estimate will be the final transaction price.

2. Your responsibility for pricing and services

You are responsible for the prices, rules, taxes, service descriptions, booking links, payment links, and other business information you enter. You are also responsible for the services you provide to your customers and for complying with laws and professional requirements that apply to your business.

3. Subscription and trial

Eligible new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription renews at $19 USD per month using the payment method provided at checkout. The subscription continues until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through any paid period already purchased. Refunds are not provided for partially used periods except where required by applicable law. See the Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited activity, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse or non-payment.

7. Limitation of responsibility

Estimates are generated from information supplied by you and your customers. You should review your pricing rules before publishing them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SelfServeQuote is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
