Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial

The standard trial period is 14 days. You may cancel during the trial to prevent the first monthly renewal.

Monthly subscription

After the trial, the plan renews automatically at $19 USD per month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable and we do not issue prorated refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a billing error occurred.

What happens after cancellation

You keep paid access through the end of the current billing period. After access expires, the public quote page may become unavailable until the subscription is reactivated.
