Information we collect

We collect account information such as business name and email address; configuration information such as service type, pricing rules, and booking links; and lead information submitted through public quote pages such as customer name, email, phone, job details, notes, and quote results.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the quoting service, calculate estimates from business-defined rules, deliver quote and follow-up messages, provide billing and account management, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and improve the product.

Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate SelfServeQuote. These may include Railway for application hosting, Stripe for subscription billing, and email delivery providers such as Resend. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by SelfServeQuote.

Customer lead data

A business using SelfServeQuote controls the service information it collects from its own customers. Businesses are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to collect and use that information and for responding to their customers' privacy requests where applicable.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users or the service, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through the billing portal.
